This 58-year-old lady presented with severe pain in her left hip joint and very painful walking.She had a history of radiotherapy taken for a pelvic tumor.Patient was diagnosed to have severe secondary degenerative arthritis of the left hip joint due to RT induced AVN of left hip joint.
Patient underwent successful Uncemented Total Hip Replacement THR for the affected left hip joint by Dr. Saurabh Chawla at Kanpur Medical Centre Kanpur.
